All products from our Sydney store are shipped via Australia Post.
Orders are typically dispatched from our Sydney store twice a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Fridays. To ensure timely processing, orders placed with payment received by 6 PM on Mondays and Thursdays will be guaranteed for dispatch on the following Tuesday and Friday, respectively.
All packages are shipped via Australia Post, which has provided the following estimated delivery timelines for domestic shipments:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days.
Should you elect to cancel or return items from your order, please note that all postage fees incurred are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the expenses related to the return shipment of items to our fulfillment center.
In instances where we must cancel items from your order, or if the cancellation arises from an error on our part (including but not limited to stock discrepancies, manufacturing defects, or merchandise damage), we will process a refund for any additional shipping charges incurred.
If a package is returned to the sender due to reasons outside our control—such as incorrect address entry, failure to retrieve the item from the postal service, or similar issues—you will be held accountable for the postage costs associated with the re-delivery of the package.
