Additionally, we offer a refund for goods returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and supported by proof of purchase. Please note that a valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt) must be submitted alongside the return, and the item must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for our tea and incense products.

It is important to highlight that if you are requesting a refund on items purchased online and cannot physically return them to the store, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning them.
